Fleur Madden has spent more than 23 years in business. She has founded four companies, successfully exited three and helped countless other Female Founders scale their businesses to prepare for successful exits one day.
She knows what it takes to build a business from the ground up… times 4! She knows the realities of growth, the pressure of leadership and the hard decisions required to create a business that is both profitable and valuable.
But after years in business, Fleur saw something deeply frustrating. Women were being taught how to hustle, but not how to create wealth. How to run businesses, but not how to build assets they could sell.
So she created The Ginsburg Firm, where women don’t need to beg for a seat at a table that was not created for them in the first place. She built her own table.
Today Fleur is one of Australia’s leading voices on Women in Business.
She is a two-time global Stevie Women in Business Award winner, listed in the Top 25 Business Woman in Brisbane and the Women in Business Champion for the City of Brisbane.
She has spoken at events around the world including on stages in Los Angeles, New York, Hong Kong, Atlanta, Sydney, Brisbane and South Africa.
She also dedicates her time to supporting vulnerable women and children in our communities and is the current Board Chair for 4Voices, a Not For Profit that supports women and children in crisis experiencing domestic violence, homelessness or isolation.
