This is not a conference you attend.
It's a room you step into.
A Dream, Realised — And Opened Up
Last year, I had one of those dream-come-true moments.
I made it — in the city that never sleeps.
When I was 15 years old, I came to New York City and said:
“I’m going to make it here one day.”
And at 45, I did exactly that. I won 2 Gold Stevie Awards for Women in Business for my life’s work and had a Billboard for The Ginsburg Firm in Times Square. I will never forget this moment of realizing “I made it”.
Not quietly.
Not accidentally.
But through years of building, risking, leading, and choosing bigger rooms.
Standing there, I had a realisation:
This isn’t something I want to experience alone. I want this for all the women I coach.
Why The Power Room Exists
I’ve lived in New York City.
I’ve done business here.
I’ve formed deep relationships with women operating at serious levels of influence, authority, and scale.
And it got me thinking:
What if I opened that world up?
What if I invited the women in my Australian business community into the rooms that changed my trajectory?
What if access — real access — wasn’t reserved for the few who happened to be in the right place at the right time who had the right connections?
That question became The Power Room.

A full-day experience featuring US business women making their mark on the world.
